Welcome to the information and schedule page for HOLLISTON YOUTH SOCCER PHOTO DAY. Even if you are not planning on purchasing photos, please attend the photo session so that players purchasing team pictures, will have a photo of the entire team.
WHAT: Team and individual portraits for the fall 2011 season
WHEN: Saturday, September 17. See your team photo time below. (Please note that Clinic photo day will be on Saturday October 1; separate information will follow.)
WHERE: Stoddard Park
WHAT TO WEAR: Game shirt and shorts. Goalies may wear goalie shirt and gloves if they wish.
HOW TO ORDER: Use the photo forms to be emailed by your coach or you may download
here. You may print and fill it out ahead of time and bring it to the shoot. There will also be extra envelopes provided at the photo event. Fill out your order and have it ready for your photo time to make your experience quick and relaxing.
ARRIVAL: Please be on hand 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Find your coach and we will begin promptly at your scheduled time.
COACHES: Pease see our coordinator as soon as you arrive and then gather your team and let us get you on your way. We will begin as soon as you have a few players; it is not necessary for us to have the whole team before we start.
SIBLING DISCOUNT: Gemini Photo Events provides the following discount policy for multiple family members in Holliston Youth Soccer:
o First child pays full price for order
o Second child pays 5% off the order amount, excluding mailing or shipping fee on form
o Third or more child pays 10% off the order amount, excluding any mailing or shipping fee on form.
o Simply fill out your order form and subtract the appropriate discount from the order amount.
o You may use one check to pay for multiple orders. Simply write out the check for the total orders amount, put it in one envelope, and indicate what children it is payment for on the envelope. Eg: “this check is for John and Mary Smith”.
