CORI Check Process

Holliston Youth Soccer Association, through Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association, uses the State CORI system to provide a safe environment for our kids. New rules by the State changed the way that we submit CORIs. HYSA is required to submit new CORIs for all coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers. This applies to all adults involved with Clinic through Travel, regardless if a CORI was submitted in prior years.

There are multiple steps in this process:

1. You have volunteered via our registration system
2. You have provided a copy of your driver license for verification of registration information
3. The HYSA Registrar submits CORI information to the Mass Youth Soccer CORI system (provided by Korrio)
4. You will access the Mass Youth Soccer CORI system to verify the information and give permission for the CORI check to be run.

Volunteering via our registration system

When you registered your child, you had the option to volunteer. If you were solicited to coach or assist after this, the registrar can add you as a volunteer. In either case, the information you provided during registration (address, phone, etc…) are used for the process.

Providing a copy of your driver license

Copies of your driver's license can either be:
- photocopied and mailed to HYSA @ PO Box 6003, Holliston MA 01746,
- scanned or photographed and emailed to the Registrar at hollistonsoccer@yahoo.com.
We follow strict requirements in keeping the information confidential and accessible only to approved entities.

Mass Youth Soccer CORI System

You are asked to go into the MYSA Korrio system to verify the information and to give permission for the CORI check to be run.
If you already have access your account, then you are able to go directly to logging in.
An account was created for you with the information you previously provided. You can gain access using the email you previously provided. Note: you will need to know the e-mail address you used to volunteer (if you don’t know you will need to ask the Registrar)
Detailed instructions are available here.

1. Go to https://korrio.com/groups/holliston-youth-soccer/programs
2. On the “Programs” tab, click “Sign Up Now”
3. On the “Login to Existing Account” dialog, click “Help Me Lookup My Account”
4. Type in the e-mail address you used to register. The system will send an e-mail.
5. Go to your email account and open the email from Korrio to retrieve your username and temporary password. When you login for the first time, you are asked to change your password.
6. After logging in, you will register for the CORI program. On the “Programs” tab, you will see yourself as a participant. Click yourself, then “next”.
7. Available programs are listed. Click on “MYSA CORI Registration”, then “next”.
8. Fill in DOB, driver license number and digitally sign after reviewing the form, then “next”.

Your job is done here.
Now you can start to prepare to coach.

Checking Your Status

If at a later time you want to check the status of your CORI status, you can:

1. Go to http://korrio.com
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click “My Profile”
