2017-2018 Soccer Registration

 

Registration is now open for the Holliston Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) Fall 2017 season.  Players can sign up for Fall Only or for the combined Fall-Spring seasons.  Please register here.

Players entering 4^th grade through 8^th grade must be registered by May 15^th, 2017 in order to attend travel tryouts.

1^st through 8^th grade

The discounted registration rates through June 15^th are $185/player for the combined Fall-Spring seasons or $105/player for Fall Only.   Further discounts apply to families with three or more children registered; please contact the Registrar for details.

Registration rates after June 15^th will be $215/player for the combined Fall-Spring seasons or $130/player for Fall Only, but please note that placement on a team is not guaranteed after this date.

The season for 1^st through 8^th grade players will begin on September 9^th, 2017.

Kindergarten Clinic

The discounted registration rates of $185/player for the combined Fall-Spring seasons or $105/player for Fall Only are available for Kindergarten players through September 1^st, 2017.  Clinic registration rates after September 1^st will be $215/player for the combined Fall-Spring seasons or $130/player for Fall Only, but please note that placement on a team is not guaranteed after this date.

The Clinic season will begin on September 16^th, 2017.

Age Groups

In accordance with BAYS and MYS, HYSA adapted to the US Youth Soccer age groups last year by switching to school-grade based groups for all players in both Travel and Intramural programs.  The available programs are as follows:

Boys and girls are combined in Clinic but separated in the older grades.

Birth certificates must be provided for first time players.  Please mail a copy to HYSA, PO Box 6003, Holliston MA 01746.

Scholarships

It is the policy of HYSA that no child should be denied the opportunity to play soccer due to a family’s financial situation. Those applying for a scholarship, please contact the Registrar for registration instructions. All fee waiver requests are confidential.

Paper Registrations

While we discourage registration via mail, we understand there can be difficulties online. You may download and print a paper registration here and mail a copy of the completed form, along with a check made out to HYSA, to PO Box 6003, Holliston, MA, 01746.  Your child cannot attend travel tryouts or be placed on a team until registration is complete and payment is received.

Refunds

Requests for refunds or credits must be made in writing or by e-mail to the registrar by July 1^st for travel players, by August 1^st for intramural 1^st through 4^th grade players, and by September 17^th for Clinic players.  Conflict with another sport or dissatisfaction with your child’s placement does not trigger a refund.  Refunds will be subjected to a $10 administration charge.  Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds.
